Wrapped In Red began as an idea to simply give back. At the heart of that concept is the desire to be a positive influence across our industry, and the communities in which we operate Harrison Contracting Company. We established the foundation to focus directly on improving our industry as well as giving back to veterans who have served us and our country so selflessly.
So, what does this mean?
Well, it means that we’re not just here to paint walls and structures. We’re here to make a difference! Whether it’s providing scholarships to aspiring professionals, lending a helping hand to veterans in need, or leading volunteer projects in our communities, we’re committed to serving others and giving back.

Meet The Foundation Leadership Team
Calvin Pate
Calvin has given nearly 26 years of his career to HCC, starting as an estimator before becoming Chief Executive Officer in 2022. Honored to serve in this capacity, he contributes to a team that strives to be the Benchmark in the painting industry. HCC’s status as the 8th largest painting contractor in the U.S. speaks to the collective efforts of a Reliable, Experienced, and Diligent team, encapsulated in the company’s guiding mantra, “Rely on RED.” As CEO, Calvin has taken steps to modernize and streamline operations, notably introducing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to the Leadership Team. He also engages with industry organizations like AGC, PCA and CPIA to continue pushing the industry forward. Over the years, Calvin has held significant roles in industry organizations, including the AGC Board of Directors. He was especially proud to serve as Chairman of the AGC Young Leadership Program and as a member of the AGC National’s Construction Leadership Council. He served as Chairman of the AGC Executive Alliance and served two terms on the Board of Directors for the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia.
Outside the office, family comes first for Calvin. He cherishes his five children and three grandchildren, finding joy in shared outdoor adventures and camping trips. A devoted Florida Gators fan, Calvin values the simple, meaningful moments spent with loved ones.

“Over the past 29 years, we’ve achieved great success as a company, and now we want to give back in a meaningful way. We are dedicated to making a positive impact that goes beyond Harrison Contracting Company. Our commitment is twofold: advancing our industry and supporting the brave veterans who have selflessly served our nation.”
Chris Murphy
Chris joined Harrison Contracting in 2008, bringing with him 15+ years’ experience in Sales and Management specific to the paint industry. As a former student of Civil Engineering at Southern Polytechnic, Chris is passionate about constantly improving processes for both the company and our clients. In 2022, Chris became Chief Operating Officer (COO) and now oversees our operational strategy across administrative and field functions, promoting customer satisfaction and retention. His experience in field sales and operational management are paramount to HCC success. When not working, Chris loves spending time with his wife, dogs, and working on cars.
What does Wrapped In Red mean to you?
“This foundation gives us a way to connect our clients, team members, and family to causes that mean the most to our team here at HCC. We certainly look forward to what we can achieve together with this effort. Wrapped in Red embodies one of the core values for us here at HCC. Responsibility is an easy word to look up in the dictionary, but here at HCC it really means doing what is right and owning your part of your successes and your challenges. Together with our community, colleagues, clients, and partners we hope to make a difference every chance we can.”
Sean Gillespie
Sean joined Harrison Contracting Company in June 2018. With more than 35 years of experience in the paint industry, he has worked in several sales and marketing leadership roles. Sean’s works to further develop HCC marketing strategy through enhanced customer relationships, relevant marketing/branding tools, and B2B implementation. Sean’s customer-focused background enables Harrison Contracting to continue building more relevant and long-standing customer partnerships and retention. Sean enjoys time with family, golfing, and active church life.
What does Wrapped In Red mean to you?
“I’m proud to be a part of something that goes beyond “what we do” and touches “how we serve”. Having this opportunity to steward industry growth and at the same time care for needs of veterans is an honor as my father served in the Navy, I served in the Army, and my nephew now serves in the Air Force.”
Chip Belcastro
Chip Belcastro joined HCC Theme Parks & Resorts Division in Orlando, FL, bringing over 30 years of experience in the paint industry, including more than 20 years dedicated to the amusement industry. As the Manager for the division, Chip oversees various projects and ensures high-quality service delivery. In his free time, he enjoys camping and exploring the theme parks with family and friends.
What does Wrapped In Red mean to you?
“Wrapped in Red allows me to further support my strong desire for giving back. I received chartable support as a young service member and now I am in a position to help to others. My wife and I have a strong passion of giving and support several organizations in our area.”
JOSHUA BOATRIGHT
Joshua Boatright joined HCC in June of 2018. In his role as Controller, Josh brings 17+ years of experience to the company. His background includes six combat tours with the 75th Ranger Regiment, a Master of Public Accountancy. Leading the Finance and administrative teams, Joshua is responsible for the delivery of financial services such as accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting analysis, and insurance management. Josh loves spending time with family and as an ordained minister he is actively involved in church leadership and discipleship.
What does Wrapped In Red mean to you?
“I was drawn to Wrapped In Red by my passion for serving others, especially veterans, due to my military experience and relationships with friends in need. The foundation’s mission deeply moves me by offering a way to give back to those who have sacrificed so much. By nurturing the painting industry, they elevate a field often overlooked, showing the importance of respecting all professions. For me, patriotism is second to loyalty to God, but supporting those who sacrificed for our nation is a moral imperative I strive to embody daily. Wrapped In Red enriches and changes lives by providing essential resources to the community, extending their generosity and support beyond veterans to benefit everyone they touch.”
